Add profile argument to nav2.launch.py to accept launch profile parameter
and log profile selection for debugging/monitoring.

Changes:
- Add profile_arg declaration with choices (indoor/outdoor/demo)
- Add profile substitution and log output
- Update docstring with profile documentation
