Replace generic flat PCB with a standing two-wheeled balancing robot:
- Vertical navy body (1.2 tall) rising above wheel axle at y=0
- Two wheels with blue rim accents, aligned to axle
- Front display panel and status LED
- Sensor stem + head on top
Camera repositioned to frame the taller robot.
