RPLIDAR A1 Mount Bracket

Parametric 5-part assembly for mounting the RPLIDAR A1 on 2020 aluminium T-slot rail.

Parts

  1. tnut_base — 2020 T-slot interface plate, 2× M5 T-nut captive pockets, column boss socket
  2. column — 120 mm hollow elevation column (COL_OD=25, COL_ID=17), 3 stiffening ribs, cable bore + entry/exit slots
  3. scan_platform — Ø60 mm disc with Ø40 mm BC 4× M3 grommet-isolated mounts, central Ø36 mm cable pass-through, connector side-exit slots
  4. vibe_ring — FC-grommet silicone retainer ring (×4), 3-perimeter soft print
  5. cable_guide — snap-on cable management clip for column mid-section

Key specs

  • Scan plane elevation: 120 mm above rail top face (unobstructed 360° field)
  • Anti-vibration: M3 silicone FC grommets on all 4 RPLIDAR bolt seats
  • Cable routing: through hollow column bore (COL_ID=17 mm), cable slots at top and bottom
  • T-nut slide-in interface: 2× M5 T-nuts, BOLT_PITCH=40 mm
  • Material: PETG, no supports required
