Replace hardcoded anchor list in UWB tag firmware with dynamic discovery. Tag broadcasts discovery blink, anchors respond with their ID and position. Tag builds anchor table at runtime. Supports adding/removing anchors without reflashing tag. Branch: salty/uwb-tag-display-wireless.
