Jetson Orin Nano Carrier Board Mount

Parametric 5-part PETG assembly for mounting the Jetson Orin Nano carrier board on 2020 aluminium T-slot rail.

Parts

  1. tnut_base — 120×50 mm base plate, 4× M5 T-nut captive pockets (dual-rail), M3 corner bosses for brace attachment, board standoff seating holes, cable pass-through slot
  2. standoff_post (×4) — M2.5 captured-nut post, POST_H=12 mm airflow gap, hex nut trap at top, flange base
  3. side_brace (×2 — mirror for opposite side) — full-height lateral brace with port-access cutouts (USB/HDMI/DP cluster 60×22 mm, GbE 20×18 mm), ventilation slots, top lip for board retention, M3 duct attachment points
  4. duct_shroud — optional snap-on top channel ducting fan exhaust away from board; 40 mm fan mount pattern, full-width exhaust slot on rear wall
  5. cable_clip — snap-on cable management clip for brace edge, M3 tab fixing
