Add map visualization panel to WebUI showing robot position and lidar scan.Requirements:- 2D top-down map canvas- Robot position from /saltybot/pose/fused (UWB-IMU fusion)- RPLIDAR scan overlay from /scan (LaserScan points)- Safety zones visualization (DANGER/WARN/CLEAR rings from #575)- UWB anchor positions (configurable markers)- Trail: last 100 positions as breadcrumb path- Zoom/pan controls- Auto-center on robot toggle- WebSocket via rosbridgeDeliverables:- ui/map_panel.html + .js + .css- Integration with WebUI nav- Mobile-responsiveAssigned to: sl-webui
