Design parametric OpenSCAD bracket to mount RPLIDAR A1 on the SaltyBot chassis 2020 T-slot rail.

Requirements:

  • RPLIDAR A1 mounting pattern (M3 holes on 40mm circle)
  • Elevated mount (clear of chassis for 360-deg scan)
  • Anti-vibration standoffs
  • Cable routing channel
  • 2020 T-slot T-nut attachment
  • 3D-printable (PETG)
  • Parametric height adjustment

Deliverables:

  • chassis/rplidar_mount.scad
  • Assembly notes in header comments
