Design parametric OpenSCAD bracket to mount RealSense D435i on the pan/tilt gimbal.

Requirements:

  • Mount for RealSense D435i (90x25x25mm, 1/4-20 tripod thread)
  • Attaches to ST3215 servo horn (tilt axis)
  • Cable routing channel for USB-C
  • Vibration dampening (PETG flexure or TPU pads)
  • Parametric: adjustable for different camera sizes
  • 3D-printable (PETG)
  • Compatible with existing 2020 T-slot chassis

Deliverables:

  • chassis/gimbal_camera_mount.scad
  • STL export ready
  • Assembly notes in header comments
