Read battery voltage via ADC on STM32F7, report over UART to Orin. Calibrated voltage reading with divider ratio. Report in status query: ST cal=X estop=X pitch=X hb=X bat=XX.XV. Low battery warning 22V, critical shutdown 20V (6S). Moving average filter for ADC noise.
