Text-to-speech node with personality. Use piper-tts or espeak-ng on Orin. Context-aware responses: greetings vary by time of day, known person name usage, mood from emotion engine (#429). Queue management, interrupt priority (safety > social > idle chatter). Publish to Jabra SPEAK 810. Rate/pitch modulation for emotion.
