ROS2 node that receives transcribed text from wake word system and routes to appropriate actions. Commands: follow me, stop, go home, patrol, come here, sit, spin, dance, take photo, whats that (object query), battery status. Publish to /saltybot/voice_command with command type + args. Fuzzy matching for natural speech variations.
