Simple web dashboard (Flask or FastAPI) served on Orin port 8080. Show: battery %, current state, sensor health, map view (occupancy grid image), last 20 events from event logger (#473), motor speeds, WiFi signal. WebSocket for live updates. Read from ROS2 topics via rclpy. Responsive mobile-friendly layout.
