Single React component AudioMeter.jsx. Subscribe to /social/audio/level (Float32) via rosbridge. Render vertical VU bar with peak hold, color gradient green→yellow→red. Show speech activity indicator from /social/speech/is_speaking (Bool). Add to SOCIAL tab. Build must pass.
