Single React component JoystickTeleop.jsx. Touch/mouse-drag virtual joystick that publishes geometry_msgs/Twist on /cmd_vel via rosbridge. Deadzone 10%, max linear 0.5 m/s, max angular 1.0 rad/s. Visual feedback ring. Add to CONTROL tab in dashboard. Build must pass.
