Single React component EventLog.jsx. Subscribe to /saltybot/emergency, /saltybot/docking_status, /diagnostics via rosbridge. Display timestamped event cards (color-coded by severity). Filter by type. Auto-scroll with pause on hover. Add EVENT LOG tab to App.jsx. Build must pass.
