Requirements

  • Electronics enclosure: IP54 rated box for Jetson + FC + ESC, with ventilation + fan mount
  • Camera housings: Clear polycarbonate domes for IMX219 cameras, anti-fog coating
  • D435i housing: Custom enclosure with IR-transparent window
  • RPLIDAR cover: Spinning dome housing that doesn't obstruct laser
  • Cable glands: PG7/PG9 glands for all cable entry points
  • Quick-release: Enclosures can be opened without tools for maintenance
  • Thermal management: Passive heat sinks + forced air path, max 60°C internal
  • Export: STL for 3D printing, gasket DXF templates
