Operation: Nice Helmet Chief. The crew rides SAUL-TEE handing free helmets to
helmetless riders, SaulTee + BabyFoam interview them for social clout, Puff
watches the hits land one at a time.
Three productions cover the whole map off one shared hook DNA + one sonic stamp
("Nice helmet, chief" + buckle-click):
- Hard Head — trap/UK-drill, the feed-killer (silence-drop duet engine)
- Roof On Ya Head — afrobeats/amapiano, the global reach (crowd call-and-response)
- Foam Crown — boom-bap/soul, the heart (scores the interview episodes)
Plus campaign overview, producer brief (BPM map/stems/foley/mix/Suno), and the
on-camera interview question set (consent-first, rhymes into the hook).
Lore woven subtly: SAUL-TEE wagon, saul-t-fly drone, Here4 GPS, Tee's card funds
the foam, Oakville cold, Puff as creative director. All copyright gates passed.

Operation: Nice Helmet Chief — Producer Brief
Handoff for the beat-maker room / Suno render. Three tracks, one signature. Read alongside each track's production-notes.md.
0. Campaign-wide signature (build ONCE, reuse in all 3)
- The buckle click foley. Record/synthesize a real helmet-buckle snap. This replaces the gun-cock cliché and is the campaign stamp. Deliver three treatments of the same source:
- Hard Head: dry, loud, transient-forward — the snare's evil twin.
- Roof On Ya Head: softened, tucked on the off-beat, reverb-tailed.
- Foam Crown: distant, single hit on the hook, vinyl-filtered.
- The end tag. Two seconds, identical voice take across all three: spoken "Nice helmet, chief." → click → beat reacts. Bounce this as a standalone stem so the social cuts can append it.
- Bead-click ghost (existing BadBead signature) sits high-mid on all three, sparse.
1. BPM / key / length map
| Track | BPM | Key | Feel | Length | LUFS |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hard Head | 142 | F minor | half-time trap/drill | ~2:40 | -7 |
| Roof On Ya Head | 112 | A♭ major | amapiano bounce | ~3:25 | -9 |
| Foam Crown | 90 | D minor | boom-bap/soul | ~3:50 | -11 |
Hooks share melodic DNA — same contour ("buckle up, buckle up / nice helmet, chief"), re-harmonized per key. A listener should recognize the hook across all three within one bar.
2. Stem deliverables (per track)
- Drums/perc (kick, snare/clap, hats, perc bus) — separate kick for the silence-drop edits.
- Bass (808 / log-drum / upright — per lane), mono <80Hz on Hard Head.
- Harmonic bed (pads + Rhodes / kalimba / soul-loop).
- Lead melody / riff.
- Foley bus (buckle click + bead ghost), isolated.
- Lead vocal (SaulTee), 2nd vocal (BabyFoam), Puff narration (Foam Crown), crowd/chant (Roof On Ya Head), ad-libs, end-tag — all separate.
3. Per-track build notes
Hard Head (142 / Fm)
- Sliding 808: F → C → G#, drill triplet on every 4th bar.
- 1/16 hat roll resolves exactly on "buckle up."
- Hook mechanic: full mute → 1.0s silence on "Nice helmet, chief" → 808 caves in. Mark this as the loop point in the export (duet cut).
- Hard sidechain everything to kick. Master loud for phone speakers.
Roof On Ya Head (112 / A♭)
- Amapiano log-drum + soft shakers + kalimba/marimba doubling the chant.
- Hook = call-and-response, record a real group/crowd layer (gang vocal).
- Key move: at the helmet hand-off, log-drum slides up a 3rd — leave a clean 1-bar window to sync to picture.
- Open/bright, wide stereo, daytime. Keep a caption-friendly instrumental + chant-only stem for the 2nd-language recut.
Foam Crown (90 / Dm)
- Chopped warm soul "ohh" loop + vinyl crackle + fat live kick/snare + upright walk + Rhodes stabs.
- Bridge: drums DROP OUT under "Mama sleep easy" (loop + crackle only), SLAM back next bar.
- Warm/narrow, vinyl-sim master. This stem set must sit under spoken interview audio — leave 2–5kHz headroom for voice.
4. Suno render guidance
- One Suno generation per track using the matching
production-notes.mdstyle block as the style prompt + thelyrics.mdbody. - Render the end-tag as its own short generation so social can append a consistent stamp.
- Profile:
suno.com/@badbeadsrecords(plural-S brand variant). - Keep each lyric body under the 5000-char cap (all three are within).
5. Sample-clearance / originality
- No sampled commercial records. The "soul loop" on Foam Crown must be an original re-sing / synthesized chop, not a lifted record — Suno-generated or original session vocal only.
- No interpolation of existing melodies. All hooks original.
- Per-track copyright gates logged in each track README — all passed.
