saltybot_social_personality 0.1.0 SOUL.md-driven personality system for saltybot. Loads a YAML/Markdown persona file, maintains per-person relationship memory in SQLite, computes mood (happy/curious/annoyed/playful), personalises greetings by tier (stranger/regular/favorite), and publishes personality state on /social/personality/state. Supports SOUL.md hot-reload and full ROS2 dynamic reconfigure.
