feat(desktop): Cron, Profiles, usage analytics, and titlebar fixes
- Add Cron and Profiles sidebar routes with full CRUD-style flows and API wiring. - Extend Command Center with auxiliary task overrides and a Usage panel (7d/30d/90d). - Fix titlebar geometry for WSL/Windows (native overlay width, tool spacing). - Remove stray merge conflict markers from pyproject.toml optional deps.
