Operation: Nice Helmet Chief. The crew rides SAUL-TEE handing free helmets to
helmetless riders, SaulTee + BabyFoam interview them for social clout, Puff
watches the hits land one at a time.

Three productions cover the whole map off one shared hook DNA + one sonic stamp
("Nice helmet, chief" + buckle-click):

## The concept (one line)
*The crew rolls up on a helmetless rider, the gift is a helmet, the camera is the chorus, and Puff is in the cut watching the view counter spin — one hit at a time.*
The crew rides **SAUL-TEE** (the wagon) through the cold Oakville streets. **SaulTee** and **BabyFoam** are the on-camera hosts — they spot a rider with no helmet, pull up gentle, hand over a foam "crown," interview them for social clout, and roll on. The **saul-t-fly** drone films top-down; **Here4 GPS** flavor-tags the spots. **Tee** approves the credit card, so the helmets stay free. **Puff** never rides — he's in the booth, producing, watching the hits land one at a time.
The menace of the genre is inverted everywhere: the pull-up is generosity, the gun-cock is a **helmet-buckle click**, the threat is that you're about to be kept safe.
## The campaign-wide sonic stamp
Two seconds, identical across all three singles → one signature, three doors in:

- **Following week** — **Foam Crown** scores the full interview episode. Viral views → subscribers → label lore.

# Operation: Nice Helmet Chief — On-Camera Interview Set
For **SaulTee** & **BabyFoam** at the moment of the hand-off. Goal: keep it warm, fast, and consent-first, and steer the rider's answers so the spoken bits **rhyme into the hook** ("buckle up" / "nice helmet, chief" / "roof on ya head"). Every clip ends on the tag.

## Rules of engagement (say these / live by these)
1. **Consent first, always.** "Mind if we film? You can say no, you still keep the helmet." A "no" = give the helmet, no camera, roll on. Kindness is the point, not the footage.
2. **Never scold.** No "you should know better." The gift is the message.
3. **Helmet is free and theirs to keep** regardless of the answer. (Tee's card covers it.)
4. **Fit it properly on camera** — two-finger gap under the chin, level on the brow. Safety has to be real, not a prop.
5. **Keep it under 40 seconds** of talk. The clip is the chorus, not a documentary.

Handoff for the beat-maker room / Suno render. Three tracks, one signature. Read alongside each track's `production-notes.md`.

## 0. Campaign-wide signature (build ONCE, reuse in all 3)
- **The buckle *click* foley.** Record/synthesize a real helmet-buckle snap. This replaces the gun-cock cliché and is the campaign stamp. Deliver three treatments of the same source:
- **Hard Head:** dry, loud, transient-forward — the snare's evil twin.
- **Roof On Ya Head:** softened, tucked on the off-beat, reverb-tailed.
- **Foam Crown:** distant, single hit on the hook, vinyl-filtered.
- **The end tag.** Two seconds, identical voice take across all three: spoken *"Nice helmet, chief."* → *click* → beat reacts. Bounce this as a standalone stem so the social cuts can append it.
- **Bead-click ghost** (existing BadBead signature) sits high-mid on all three, sparse.

- 1/16 hat roll resolves exactly on "buckle up."
- **Hook mechanic:** full mute → **1.0s silence** on "Nice helmet, chief" → 808 caves in. Mark this as the loop point in the export (duet cut).
- Hard sidechain everything to kick. Master loud for phone speakers.
### Roof On Ya Head (112 / A♭)
- Amapiano log-drum + soft shakers + kalimba/marimba doubling the chant.
- **Hook = call-and-response**, record a real group/crowd layer (gang vocal).

Built for TikTok/Reels — the hook ends on **1 second of dead silence** ("Nice helmet, chief") before the 808 caves back in. That silence is the duet cut point.

## Concept
The global reach. An afrobeats / amapiano bounce that turns the campaign into a street party — same message, sunny daylight, whole-crowd chant. The hook is **call-and-response** so a crowd (or a stranger across the sea) can sing it back on camera. The log-drum **slides up a third at the exact moment the helmet is handed over** — a literal lift. This is the one that travels past the anglophone feed; a 2nd-language caption recut is part of the rollout.
